Free Shipping:

KRB Fragrances.com offers FREE SHIPPING with your purchase of $100 or more for delivery within the United States.

Simply add your items to the shopping cart and UPS Ground shipping will automatically be offered for free ($0.00) once the Product Subtotal reaches $100. No coupon code necessary!

Sales Taxes:

State laws requires that we charge the applicable sales tax on orders shipped to addresses within the state of Maryland. All orders shipped to other states will not be charged sales tax.

Shipping Costs:

We currently only ship within the United States including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Shipping is only $6.95 for your first item and $1.00 for each additional item.

Shipping/Arrival Time:

All U.S. orders are shipped GROUND via a traceable shipping carrier (DHL, UPS, etc.).

Exception: orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes and military addresses will ship via USPS Priority Mail with a delivery confirmation.

KRB Fragrances will supply a tracking number for every order that has been shipped.

Orders are shipped, on average, within 24-48 hours from the time that the order is placed. Therefore, most customer orders should be received within 4-10 business days from the time that an order is placed.

Returns:

All returned merchandise must be UNOPENED (except Skincare and Haircare) and in its ORIGNAL condition, including original packaging.

In order to return merchandise, an RMA number must be obtained from our Returns Department by going to the CONTACT US page and selecting return information and filling out the returns tab.

RMA requests are only processed within 7 days of the receipt of the customer�s order. (Determined by the carriers tracking information)

Unopened merchandise (except Skincare and Haircare items) must be returned in its original condition, including original packaging within 30 days of receipt of the RMA number. A refund will be issued less any shipping and/or gift wrapping charges.

No returns will be accepted without our prior authorization.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare or Hair care items due to health reasons. This includes Gift Sets which may contain skin care products.

All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse using a traceable courier. (UPS, FedEx, USPS Delivery Confirmation)

Shipping costs incurred to return the product to us will not be refunded.

We charge a 25% restocking fee for any merchandise not returned in its original condition and packaging.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

Please include the following information with your merchandise or returns will NOT be accepted:
1. Full name and address
2. Phone number
3. Original Order Confirmation Number (if available)
4. The reason for returning the merchandise
5. RMA number

The Return address will be provided upon issue of the RMA number.

We will notify the customer via email once the return has been received (with all of the proper information) and we will then credit the customer�s account (less any restocking or shipping fees if applicable) and notify you.

Undeliverable Packages:

If your package is returned to KRB Fragrances marked as refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable, a refund will be issued for the merchandise only. Shipping charges are NON refundable.

Cancel Your Order:

Since we use automated order processing and warehouse systems, we are unable to cancel or modify your order once it has been submitted. To cancel your order, please send an email to cancel@krbfragrances.com within 12 hours of placing your order. If your order has already been processed, KRB Fragrances is NOT responsible for any shipping charges incurred.

Damaged Product Claims:

Each shipped order and their contents are triple-checked for quality control and packed to ensure that they arrive safely. If a customer claims that one of the products is damaged, they may file a claim with us to investigate the situation. Please send an email to claims@krbfragrances.com and include the following information:

� Customer Name and Address
� Order Number
� Shipping tracking number
� Damaged product/products
� Type of Damage (broken bottle, leaking, etc.)

After receiving the claim, KRB Fragrances, in most circumstances, will request that the damaged product be shipped back to our warehouse for inspection. After inspection, our warehouse will pursue a claim with the shipping company that they didn't deliver the product in a safe manner. If funds are returned to us from the shipping company, we will credit the customer�s account for the product. Successful claims can take anywhere from 1 week to 6 months. However, there is no guarantee that the shipping company will accept our claim.

Missing Product Claims:

Each shipped package and their contents are triple-checked. If a customer claims that one of the products has not been received, the customer may file a claim with us to investigate the situation. Please send an email to claims@krbfragrances.com and include the following information:

� Customer Name and Address
� Order Number
� Shipping tracking number
� List missing product/products

If KRB Fragrances determines that there was in fact a product missing from the package, we will credit our customers' account immediately. Please allow up to 30 days for investigation.

Claims:

You must notify us within 15 days from the date your order was placed if you did not receive it.

Gift Wrapping:

A gift of fragrance is the perfect way to show that special someone how much you care.

KRB Fragrances offers a convenient, elegant, Gift Giving Service. Your items are placed in either a red or white gift box (selected by us depending on stock) and a personal gift card from you is placed underneath the ribbon. This service is a flat rate of $7.99 for orders which include less than 20 items.

Out of Stock Items:

If an item is not in stock, it will be indicated in our store and not available for purchase. If a specific order cannot be completed in full you will be notified via email for any item that is out of stock and a credit will be issued to your account/credit card.
